ROUND 1: IDEATION PHASE Hackathon commences on Jan 1st 2021 Round 1: From 1st Jan 10th Jan 2021 In this phase, the participants can get registered as a team of 2-4 members and submit their ideas on any domain of their choice. Some of the real-world problem domains are- Education, Health, Agriculture, Finance, Natural Resources, etc. The teams are expected to submit their ideas in a neat and orderly format. It can be either a PDF, word, or presentation format. The following are some key points that the submissions must contain- • Domain selected. • What is the Problem Statement? • Why has the problem not been solved to date? • Approach taken towards this problem? • Solution • Technology Stack All the teams must submit their ideas on or before August 2nd. Once Round 1 ends on 26th Jan 2021, our team will get back to them with their result by Jan 30th 2021

ROUND 2: PROTOTYPE PHASE Round 2: 11th Jan to 20th Jan 2021 In this round, the teams that have been selected after Round -1, will have to get ready with a prototype to display what their idea wants to depict through Telephonic or skype Interaction. This prototype can be a short demo of how their end product will actually work and help the end user of their chosen domain. The team should have a thorough knowledge and should be ready for any questions that may be asked.After Round 2 ends, the teams will be shortlisted to 25-28 teams as the finalists of the V-IGNITE2.0HACKATHON. The teams will be notified of the result by 10th Feb 2021 and can start working on their project or make further preparations for the final round. The teams will also need to reply back to us to confirm whether they will attend the final round or not. The selected teams will need to report to Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, for the final round of the hackathon to implement their project.

ROUND 3: FINAL IMPLEMENTATION PHASE A complete 24 hour Hackathon that, Starts on 10.00A.M. of Feb 26th
Ends on 4.00P.M. of Feb 27th The teams will be allotted their respective tables and it is mandatory that at least 1 team member should always be present at their table. During this 24 hours HACKATHON;  Judging round 1 will take place on Feb 26th around 3:30 p.m. - 5:30p.m.  Judging round 2 will take place once the hackathon ends which is from 12.30 P.M..-2.30 P.M.  Based on the above judging rounds, the Top 10 teams from the finalists will be selected to give a presentation of their project. The marks distribution is as follows Judging Round 1 – 25% Judging Round 2 – 50% Presentation Round – 25%
